If you send the contact form, we receive your name, email address, organisation if you provide it, the service you select, and your message. The server may also record standard technical logs such as IP address, date, and the page requested, kept for security and troubleshooting.

We store one essential cookie, gsc_consent, that remembers whether you accepted or rejected non-essential cookies. The site does not use analytics, advertising, or social-media cookies.

Why we use it

We use the form data to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to prepare a scope. The legal basis is steps toward a contract when you ask us about an engagement, and our legitimate interest in securing the site and remembering a cookie choice you have made. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated marketing profiles.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of what was asked, and no longer than 24 months if no engagement follows. Client records are kept for the life of the work and for the period required by Moldovan accounting rules. The consent cookie lasts six months unless you clear it sooner. Server logs are kept for a short operational period.

Who receives it

Form messages are emailed to info@globalstreasdconnct.com. Hosting and email providers process data only so the site and the mailbox can function. We do not pass enquiry data to advertisers.

Your choices

You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of your enquiry data, or object to our use of it, by emailing info@globalstreasdconnct.com.
