Questions worth answering before a scope.
These are the questions operating leaders usually ask. If yours is not here, send it directly.
Is this management consulting in general?
No. The practice is limited to business process optimization: how a defined flow of work moves, who owns each handoff, and how the team keeps that path in view. We do not advise on strategy, branding, financing, or organisation-wide restructuring.
Can you work if our process is not written down?
Yes. That is a common starting point. The current-state map is often the first time the lived process is written in one place. We still ask for any notes or old procedures so we can see where they differ from practice.
Do you work only in Chișinău?
The office is at Strada Junimea 6, MD-2001, Chișinău. Interviews and workshops can be held there or by video. The working language of the website and of client documents is English.
Will you promise a percentage saving?
No. We will point to delays and rework we can see in the sample of cases. Any financial effect depends on decisions you make and on volumes we cannot control. The offer page explains why fees are not tied to a savings claim.
How many people need to attend?
The sponsor for decisions, the process owner, and the people who actually touch the flow. A mapping interview is often 45 to 60 minutes with one person. Design sessions are smaller than a town hall.
What if we already use a workflow tool?
We can still help. The service is the path and the rules, not the product. We will not configure the tool. If the tool forces a step that the team should drop, we say so in the design notes.
Is the first conversation charged?
No. The discovery conversation is unpaid. Paid work starts only after you accept a written scope.
How do you handle confidential case material?
We use it to understand the flow and we do not publish client names, volumes, or documents. Access is limited to the people doing the engagement. See the privacy policy for personal data, which is separate from your operational files.
Can we buy a single workshop?
A workshop without fieldwork tends to redraw the official story. We would rather map from recent cases. If you only need a facilitated decision session on a map you already trust, say that in your note and we will tell you whether it is a fit.
What happens if we disagree with the map?
The review session exists for that. If the people who do the work do not recognise the picture, we correct it. We do not defend a diagram the team rejects.
