About

A small practice for the way work moves.

Globalstreasdconnct is the business process optimization practice of Globalstreasdconnct, based at Strada Junimea 6 in Chișinău. We help operating leaders make one important flow clearer, shorter, and easier for the people who run it.

What we take on

Clients come to us when growth, a new product, or a merger has made an old routine unreliable. Orders, cases, requests, or internal services start to depend on memory and goodwill. We study that path and redesign it so ownership, timing, and quality checks are visible.

We work in English with teams in Moldova and abroad. Sessions can be held at our Chișinău address or remotely. The work product is written so a team can use it without us in the room.

Professional approach

We do not arrive with a standard operating model to impose. The first weeks are observational. We ask the people who touch the work to walk us through recent cases, then we compare that account with the documents the organisation already has.

Recommendations stay inside the capacity of the team. A future flow that needs three new roles and a system the company will not buy is not a serious proposal. We mark what can change now, and what should wait.

Principles

Show the real path

The official procedure and the lived procedure are both useful. We record both, and we say which one the next change will follow.

Name an owner

Every handoff in a redesigned flow has a person who accepts the work and a person who can be asked if it stalls.

Change less than you fear

We prefer a smaller redesign the team will keep over a complete redraw that collapses in the first busy week.

Measure what someone can act on

A measure belongs in the operating rhythm only if a person in the room can respond to it before the next cycle.

Method

The method has five movements. They are sequential for a single flow, and a later engagement can begin part-way through if a credible map already exists.

  1. Observe. Interviews and a sample of recent cases.
  2. Map. A current-state picture the team recognises.
  3. Decide. The sponsor chooses which waits, checks, and roles will change.
  4. Install. Owner notes, a short rhythm, and the first measures.
  5. Review. A scheduled look at whether the new path is holding.

Values sit underneath the method: plain language, no inflated savings claims, and no work we cannot explain to the person who will live with it. The services describe what each movement produces. The offer describes how an engagement is scoped and billed.
