Engagement

What happens after you write to us.

This is the path a client actually walks. It is the same path whether you found us through a search, a referral, or an advertisement. The services describe the work. This page describes the sequence around it.

Initial contact

You write through the contact form or to info@globalstreasdconnct.com. Tell us the flow that feels heavy, who feels the delay, and whether a decision maker is ready to look at it. We reply in writing within two business days with a clear yes, a clarifying question, or a no if the work is outside our practice.

Discovery

A short conversation, usually 45 minutes, confirms the flow, the teams involved, and what a useful result would look like. We also say if mapping, redesign, controls, rhythm, or rollout support is the right first service. Nothing is billed for this conversation.

Preparation

If we proceed, you receive a written scope: the flow in focus, the people we need to speak with, the cases we would like to sample, the weeks required, and the fee. Work starts when that scope is accepted. We ask for existing procedures only so we can compare them with the lived path, not so we can rewrite them unasked.

Workflow

Interviews and working sessions follow the method on the About page. You will see a draft before it is treated as final. Sessions are scheduled with the people who do the work, in Chișinău or remotely. We do not require a standing committee.

Delivery

You receive the documents named in the scope: maps, future-flow notes, handoff sheets, or a rhythm pack, depending on the service. Delivery is a working review, not a one-way presentation. The sponsor leaves with decisions recorded, including what will not change yet.

Communication

One sponsor and one process owner are our counterparts. We write decisions down the same week they are made. Between sessions, questions go by email. We do not use a separate client portal and we do not message a wide internal list unless you ask us to.

Next steps

At the closing review we name what the team will watch, and whether a later service would help. You can stop after a single map. If you continue, the next scope is written separately. There is no automatic retainer.

What we need from you

Access to the people on the flow, a sample of recent work, and a sponsor who can accept or refuse a change. Without those, a map becomes a guess. If a week is too busy for interviews, we pause rather than invent the missing steps.

When you are ready, send a note or read the commercial offer so the fee conversation is unsurprising.
