Globalstreasdconnct sells defined process work, not open-ended consulting days. You choose a shape below. The fee, the weeks, and the documents are confirmed in a short written scope before any paid work begins.
Current-state mapping of one flow, plus a written view of the delays worth acting on.
Typical length: two to three weeks after interviews are booked.
You receive the map, the exception notes, and a recommendation on whether a redesign is worth doing.
Future-state workflow design, usually with handoff clarity included when the delays sit between teams.
Typical length: four to eight weeks. It assumes a current-state map exists or is built in the first part of the cycle.
You receive the future flow, the accepted changes, and the owner notes.
Operating rhythm, measures, and rollout support for the named process owner.
Typical length: four to six weeks alongside the team’s real work, not instead of it.
You receive the rhythm pack and a closing note on what held.
The fee depends on the number of teams involved, the number of interviews, and whether sessions are in Chișinău or remote. We quote a fixed fee for the agreed scope. If the flow turns out to be two flows, we stop and rewrite the scope rather than quietly expand the work.
Travel outside Chișinău, if you ask for it, is quoted separately and agreed before it is booked. There is no success fee and no charge tied to a promised percentage of savings. We do not guarantee a financial result we cannot measure with you.
Half of the fixed fee is invoiced when the scope is accepted, and half when the agreed documents are delivered. Invoices are issued by Globalstreasdconnct, Strada Junimea 6, MD-2001, Chișinău, Republica Moldova. Payment terms are stated on the invoice, normally 14 days.
If you need to pause, written notice stops new sessions. Work already completed is billed against the scope. Unused prepaid time on a fixed fee is handled as described in that scope, not by a general promise on this page.
